Summer is getting closer and closer so you know what that mean? Outside BBQS with the family. Summer barbeques is one of life simples pleasures, with family, friends, and good food. For a great bbq one should incorpate seating outside, colorful placemats and informal dinnerware, and plent of bug spray.

Ingredients:

Directions: Wash the chicken throughly with lemon. Season to perfection and for best results season the chicken the night before so it can marinate ovr night in all of the seasonings you have added. When you are ready to BBQ the next day just throw on a hot grill and pour the juices the chicken created over the chicken and start grilling !

Shishkabobs

Everyone loves a shishkabob at a bbq! Excellent for entertaining and trying something new!

Ingredients:

Directions: With shishkabobs you can freestyle this food item with anything of your liking. For example, tomato, zucchini, chicken, etc. First, season your steak and shrimp with the listed seasonings above or your own preference of seasonings. Next, cut up the vegetables into square pieces so that it won’t fall off the stick when grilling.  After cutting up vegetables, pour a cap full of oil over the vegetables and rub together. This is to prevent the vegetables from burning up on the grill. Also rub a cap full of oil on the skewers that you will be using for the shishkabobs. Then put all of your ingredients on the skewers in any order you wish. Finally put the kabobs on the grill for about 10- 15 mins, rotate stick every 3-4 mins & enjoy!

Jerk Burger

A burger is a traditional bbq meal now lets spice it up and make it a jerk burger. Impress your guest with steering away from the traditional bbq and be the talk of the town.

Ingredients:

Directions: Season burger with the seasonings listed above. Season both sides of the burger and rub in thoroughly. Cut peppers and onions into strips and add oil and slap yo mama seasoning. Next put your burger and vegetables on the grill. As your ingredients are grilling prepare your buns with mayo, lettuce and tomato. After burger is done, melt cheese on top of the burger. Finally put all of your ingredients on the burger and Enjoy!
